Sharad Selvam
CO-FOUNDER & CEOSharad started out as a validation engineer on car safety programmes at LEVC, responsible for quality, certification and type approval, working with MIRA in the UK. He has since built data work for Play Africa (their operations dashboard and processes) and a water-positive metrics capstone with AWS that won Best Capstone. He holds an MBA and a Master’s in Technology and Global Affairs from IE Business School, and has built AI products in healthcare.
Arunachalam Gopalasundaram
CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR OF DATA AND AIArun has spent over a decade building data platforms and reporting for enterprise companies, including a global building-materials group and a global pharma company. He runs our engineering and AI practice, and is certified across Microsoft Fabric and AWS.
