OUR STORY
DataWorks Labs was founded by engineers who kept seeing the same thing: organisations investing in dashboards and AI, then finding the data underneath couldn't carry them. We bring an engineer's discipline to data, from the first source system to the AI on top, and we built our own engine and AI assistant so we can do it faster. Our belief is simple: enterprise AI is only as smart as the data you engineer.

About us, in short
Who is behind DataWorks Labs?
Two founders. Sharad Selvam has built data work for LEVC, AWS and Play Africa. Arunachalam Gopalasundaram has delivered data platforms for global building-materials and pharma companies. Between them, 30 years of experience, 25+ projects and 12+ enterprise organisations.
Where do you work?
We've delivered work in the UK, India, Sri Lanka, Germany, South Africa and Spain, and we work remotely with clients anywhere.
What kind of work have the founders delivered?
End-to-end data builds: ingestion, curation and dashboards for procurement spend, a 360-degree view across 800 global systems, and a data foundation with Copilot integration for a global pharma company.
